Game Play
Tournament rules will be posted soon.
All players must have a Reversible BCA pinnie to participate. These can be purchased for $15 when you complete your waivers or at the registration table on the day of the event.
Inclement Weather
- Lightning - play will be suspended immediately and players, coaches and spectators will be asked to leave the fields and return to cars.
- Play will resume 20 minutes after the last lightening strike determined by the Lightening Detection System or Tournament Staff.
- Games that have played through halftime will be final. Games interrupted before half will play a 10-minute 2nd half to complete their game.
- Subsequent games may consist of one 15-minute running time period until games are back on schedule.
- Once games are back on schedule, we will return to normal game time.
Refunds
- Deposit and Registration Fees/Payments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
- Full refunds will be provided if the tournament is canceled for reasons related to BCA.
- Free agents will be refunded in full if we are unable to place the player on a team.
- A 50% refund will be issued if the tournament is canceled because of weather conditions.
- No refund will be issued if the tournament is shortened in part for any reason, including inclement weather.
- No refund will be issued for players or teams removed from the tournament for behavior (this can include player, coach or spectator behavior)
