WHO IS PROFORMANCE?
Proformance Sports Rehab takes a scientific approach to strength programming. Using a variety of holistic assessments on your individual strengths and weaknesses, they will create a custom plan to improve your sport performance and achieve your goals.
COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING | STRUCTURED APPROACH
The summer sports performance training program is designed to enhance strength, power, speed, and agility through a structured approach. The program consists of two four-week cycles, allowing participants to choose to attend one or both sessions.
