Refund Policy: Deposit and Registration Fees: All deposits and registration fees/payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Inclement Weather Policy:

General Policy: Inclement weather conditions are beyond the control of tournament directors and officials. The safety of all participants is our top priority.

-Thunder and Lightning: In the event of thunder and/or lightning, all games will be suspended for 30 minutes from the time of the last occurrence. After this period, games will resume at their regularly scheduled time. No games will be made up or delayed due to these conditions.

- Rain Conditions: The tournament will continue in light rain. However, in the case of heavy rain, the decision to permit play will be made by the facilities being rented. While tournament directors will advocate for all games to be played, the final decision rests with the facilities regarding field conditions and player safety.
